This is a fictional product idea, not an existing client project. We want a website for requests to repair office equipment. An employee creates a request with a description and a photo. An administrator assigns a technician. The technician can set the status to in progress or completed and add a comment. The employee can see only their own requests. The administrator can see all requests. For the first version we do not need online payments or a mobile application. We have not selected a technology stack, a budget, a deadline, or a notification channel. These details require clarification. The main acceptance check is that an employee cannot open another employee's request.
